Norfolk Line - Company Information
Norfolkline has established itself as one of the most respected transport operators in Europe. They have for many years operated a freight service between East Anglia in England and Scheveningen in The Netherlands. In 2000, armed with two new vessels, they started a service from Dover to Dunkirk in France.
A truly international organisation, the corporate head office is in Scheveningen (Holland) and the UK head office in Felixstowe. For accompanied and unaccompanied freight, there are regulart daily sailings between Dover and Dunkirk, twice daily sailings between Liverpool and Belfast, and Liverpool and Dublin, and a daily journey between Rosyth and Zeebrugge.
When travelling on the brand new fleet of Norfolkline cross channel ferries, it takes just 1 hour 45 minutes from Dover to Dunkirk, France. With direct links to the A16 and A25 motorways, the Dover-Dunkirk route ismore convenient than Calais for many destinations in France and beyond. Norfolkline's ferry service to France is also better situated for Belgium and Holland as well as providing shorter drive times to Germany, Switzerland and beyond. What's more, Norfolkline is the only ferry company sailing to Dunkerque, France. This means you're on your way from the ferry port more quickly and the roads are a lot quieter.
